The SCK9 Program for your dog depends on the result of your dog's evaluation. Some dogs based on the evaluation only require Obedience while others require Behavior Management. Only immediate owners (signatory on the contract) are allowed inside the premises and a maximum of 2 people only. South City K9 also reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual/individuals. No minors and senior citizens allowed inside the premises with respect to the IATF /LGU protocols regarding COVID and social distancing. Any other parties brought by the client without approval from South City K9 and without the courtesy of advanced notification and approval of the trainer should wait outside the premises. Yes. Crate training is a part of all the South City K9 Programs including Daycare/Boarding only service. Please check requirements here.

As soon as the dog has completed all vaccines required and has been cleared by your vet to go for training, he/she can start training. Please read our requirements here. Puppy brains, similar to young human children, are like sponges. Puppy fundamentals are definitely better trained early to avoid behavioral issues as they grow.

All SCK9 enrolled dogs have their own crates. Socialization with other dogs will come later on once we see that the reactive/aggression case dog is resolved, otherwise training will entail plenty of one-on-one time with the trainer. Our enrollees are managed and closely monitored by staff and trainer. The dogs learn structure and schedules aside from the behavioral management training they will be receiving during their stay. This routine and structure helps mitigate misbehavior. In case you prefer private lessons vs. boarding your dog/s here - that option is also available at your convenience.

We strongly believe that follow through after training is essential. We are happy to inform you that our courses entail including all members of the household. For the last few weeks of the dog's boarding, owners and house help are invited to participate in the lessons so we can fully educate them and slowly transfer commands. This gives a smooth transition from learning in the facility to applying it in the household by everyone. Everyone in the household is welcome during lessons/transfer of commands.

The SCK9 facility is currently located in Imus, Cavite. We don't have any other branch/site.
